LFC: "Old guard" in the new era

Liverpool FC yesterday confirmed Charlie Adam as their latest signing. It's the second
signing after Jordan Henderson last month.

After weeks of speculation and gossips, LFC has finally starting to get active in the
transfer market. It has been reported that Adam will not be the last one. Downing &
Juan Mata, their news are still circulating in the transfer gossips board.

It has been so long since LFC has been this exciting during the summer. This shows
how serious are the new owners led by John Henry and Tom Werner, manager Kenny Dalglish
and Director of footall Damien  Comolli to bring LFC back to its glory days.

Focus will definitely falls onto King Kenny as the manager. Since his 'comeback' last January
Liverpool has been 'exciting'. Players starting to show what they can do, the team starts
to play as a 'team' and the fans are getting their smile back.

With Jordan Henderson and Charlie Adam in the ranks, observers have been second guessing
Kenny's next moves. Where shall Adam be deployed? What about Henderson? And how about Lucas?
Joe Cole, Poulsen, Meireles, Gerrard and the list goes on. There have been talks that
Joe Cole, Poulsen and Konchesky to be off-load. Meireles and Jovanovic has been transfer-listed,
Shelvey and some other young lads might be loaned out. Well this is merely 'talks'.

We all know since Kenny came back, he has brought back everything that seems to have lost
within the club itself. He has brought back belief. Belief among the players that they can
actually play a decent football, belief among the fans that LFC is still a great club
and instill belief to John Henry that he is the right man to bring LFC back to the top.
Kenny even brought in two new highly rated coaches in Steve Clarke and Kevin Keen.

The gaffer has also brought back 'The Liverpool Way'. Working behind closed doors, bringing
back to 'bootroom' culture are all coming back.

Before the news about Adam, the fans have been very 'edgy'. This is understandable. We just
don't want LFC to 'miss the boat' again. Missing out on good players and missing out on
opportunity. This is because the fans have forgot how 'the Liverpool way' is.

I'm just saying from now on, we don't have to worry. The King is back. He is in-charge. Yes
we will want to hear news everyday about the club. But lets us just sit back and not need
to worry about who's doing this and who's not doing that. Afterall, it's King Kenny ...
just embrace You'll Never Walk Alone ... and our season will go just fine.
