LFC : John W Henry .. Thank you!

Last January I was smiling from ear to ear when the news broke out that our beloved Kenny Dalglish was called upon to stir the troubling Liverpool team.
It happened again last Thursday evening, now it was the news that King Kenny has been offered 3 years contract as Liverpool FC's manager.
News spread fast and fans globally was enjoying it as though Liverpool just won a championship. That's how special King Kenny to the fans ...
We know who King Kenny is, the living legend. Within 6 months he has managed to carry the team that can't seem to play a decent football to a team that is full with confidence and is playing magnificently.
Credit to owner John W Henry. I know some fans might still have some doubts about him and Tom Werner. After all Liverpool FC was ruined by another fellow Americans in Hicks & Gillet.
The way I see it John W Henry is a brilliant businessman that somehow knows when to do a business.
He's an American, but when he took over the club that is full with tremendous history he knew he needs to study it. He learned about Liverpool FC, he learned about the history, he learned about the city as well as the people.
As the new owner he had a choice to appoint any manager that he wants but he stuck to Roy Hodgson. This shows that he wants to honor Hodgson's contract even it was made during Gillet&Hicks's era. And he wants Hodgson to prove to the new owners that he can do the job.
But when things didn't turn out well for Hodgson and the team he knew he had to do something. In the short period of time he knew what's Liverpool FC is all about and he knew what the fans want. Without any hesitation he called Kenny and asked him to step in as the interim manager until the end of the season which we already know what happens next.
The King stepped in lifted everyone's spirit instantly. Things started to change and results have been great. Now the fans wants more! They want the King to be a permanent manager for Liverpool.
King Kenny himself never hinted whether he will be the full-time manager. He only said that he is here to help the team until the end of the season and the rest will depend on the owner.
I strongly believed that John W Henry and Tom Werner has confirmed Dalglish's post for quite a while. Only they waited for the right time to make it public.
And what a time to make it official. Days before Liverpool meet Spurs at Anfield - the game that will confirm Liverpool's place in next season Europa League the owners made the announcement.
The team is high in confidence, rich in form, scoring plenty of goals and the confirmation of Dalglish as the manager completes everything. Playing against Spurs at home with the happy fans behind them will make it sweeter.
I hope we could end the season on a high. And having Dalglish back we definitely will kick-start the new season as soon as the current season ends.
Just watch out for the Reds next season.
Mr John W Henry .. Thank you and YNWA !
