Will Liverpool be a success again?

A 1-2 lost to Arsenal was not something that the fans are looking forward to after the success in the Carling Cup at Wembley.

But it was the same old story, so far this season. Dominating games, outplayed their opponents but goals never came.

There's nothing wrong with the play or there's nothing wrong with the attitude of the players in any form but some call it as 'no luck'. Liverpool hit the post more than any other teams in the PL this season.

We are still in the FA cup, 10 points adrift Arsenal at 4th and we are still challenging for it in the league this season. There's a lot more to come before the season ends.

From what I see, Liverpool are on their way back to the top. I reckon they will achieve success - in the eyes of the fans, sooner than I expected.

Since King Kenny took over, Liverpool has been playing some beautiful football. It's not perfect yet, but the players are giving the same performances lately. They are getting more accustomed to the way that Kenny wants them to play.

We might miss our chance to get into UCL next season, but we already have confirmed our spot in Europe. Nobody wants Thursday night football but if that's what we have I'm pretty sure Kenny will address that in a proper manner.

The main thing is to have the team to play at a certain level and they have to do this on a regular basis week-in week-out. Once this is achieved, only then we can expect better achievements in terms of results.

We have to think back at the level of the players were before Kenny took over. They can't even play a decent football and that is definitely not what Liverpool Football Club is all about.

We have to bear in mind that Kenny has been away from management for a lengthy spell. Just like the players, he will improve as the time goes by. Mark my words on this.

What ever happens this season I'm already seeing more success to come as long as Kenny and the players work hard and work honestly.

In no time Manchester United will be chasing us again - YNWA.
